Taking care of your teeth is not an easy task because it consumes your time and its even done a regular basis.   1. Choose your foods wisely: avoid eating food with too much sugar because these are not good for the teeth. Sugar is very fatal even in low concentrations and that why you should anything containing sugar if you can because bacteria find it difficult to digest foods containing sugar.

So you should not eat snacks all the time and if you feel like taking a snack, only take one or two and even try to take water after in order to wash away any remaining foods in the mouth.

However, if you don’t have a tongue-scraper, then you can alternatively use a toothbrush to clean your tongue and it will also do that job perfectly well.
