The good:

The BISSELL DeepClean Premier 17N4 machine cleans and fluffs the carpet better than most rental carpet-cleaning-machines and this because its equipped with dual PowerBrushes with 12 cleaning rows that can pull deep-dirt out of the carpet during the cleaning-process.
This carpet-cleaning-machine will suck almost all of the water/solution out the carpet in case you move it slow-enough over the carpet during the cleaning-process. In fact, if you make 3 slow-passes forward and backwards, your carpet will be nearly dry to touch but slightly moist not wet or damp. However you need to wait for the carpet to completely-dry within 3-4 before stepping on it again.
It works great at stain-removal because it comes with a 3-inch tough-stain tool coupled with a deep-reach pet-tool that cleans your carpet from the bottom-up.
This carpet-cleaner is very easy to clean and maintain whereby the user can easily remove the bar/brush in order to rinse-out any dirt or remove pet hair from it. Additionally, the user is even provided with the instructions on to use this carpet-cleaner with hot-water-cycle at the end before storing it for a long-period of time.

Some customers noted that if you go to dump-out the dirty/waste water from the one-tank, you are most likely to lose some of the clean-water in the other tank. So it’s recommended not to dump-out water from the dirty tank until it’s full because you will run lees-risk of emptying out clean-water/solution from the other tanks.
The hair-trap on this carpet-cleaner doesn’t work very well. In fact, it’s a hassle to scoop hairs-off the top of the bladder if you’re going to reuse the machine right away rather than just emptying the trap.
This carpet-cleaner comes with a short power-cord which is about 12-inches in length. This means that if your cleaning a larger room, then expect to make stop-over’s in order to unplug and then plug it into the nearest power-source so as to continue with the carpet-cleaning-process.
