What We Like:

Additionally, the ProShox cushioning-system makes tiny-alterations to the treadmills-track with every step-taken and these changes actually help your muscles get toned more quickly as you workout.

What We Don’t Like:

It doesn’t wireless heart-rate monitoring: this treadmill only uses hand-grip sensors to monitor your heart-rate and it can’t be used with a chest-strap in order to monitor your heart-rate wirelessly which is a big disadvantage to some people. In fact, handgrip heart-rate sensors are not as convenient and accurate as wireless heart-rate monitors.
It’s equipped with a short and narrow track: the track of the ProForm Performance-300i Treadmill is actually short and narrow whereby it measures only 50-inches long 18-inches wide. This small-size is only enough for small and medium-height people but it won’t support heavy and taller individuals.

Our Verdict:

The ProForm Performance 300i is an entry-level and affordable treadmill that was designed for people who prefer walking or light-jogging conveniently at their homes. in fact, this treadmill is equipped with several amazing features which include a powerful 2.0 CHP Mach Z Motor, iFit technology, ProShox Cushioning, Compatible Music Port for iPod, 16 Workout Apps/programs and a Grip-Pulse EKG Heart-Rate Monitor whereby all these are meant to provide the user with a more effective workout experience that meets his/her targets or fitness-goals in specified period of time.
